Notes: Follow Me - Becoming Part of the Family Business || 1) Our commitment to follow Jesus involves three things: ● A commitment to listen to Jesus. ● A commitment to obey what Jesus commands. ● A commitment to share our experiences with Jesus with others. 2) A commitment to follow Jesus has a pattern: ● Jesus chooses ordinary people – everyone really. ● Jesus sent them into life – not into a classroom. ● Jesus didn’t wait until they were ready – he waited till he was ready. 3) A commitment to follow Jesus here at Oakdale means sharing three things: ● Sharing the mission. ● Sharing responsibility. ● Sharing the celebration.
